This place is not what it looks like, it is way beyond awesome, when there are apartment problems (as in all apartments) they get solve quick, also I have never been at an apartment complex in which they actually love their tenants and work with you in any issue all I gotta say is “BRAVO” keep it up Trina your doing an amazing job.

I like it here a great deal. The towing company that is used is horrible, and illegally towed our vehicle. Be careful so u don't have yours towed. Trina our mgr is wonderful nothing but good things to say about her. I need help with this problem.

My family and I have stayed here two separate occasions and when looking for housing both times we were in need of something ASAP and Trina helped us get into something in a reasonable amount of time. The townhouses and apartments are spacious, affordable, up to date with appliances, and have a beautiful modern layout. Anytime we've ever had any questions, comments, concerns, any maintenance issues, Trina has gone above and beyond to make sure that her tenants are taken care of. She is always kind and understanding, and does an amazing job to make sure the residents living here are comfortable and happy. She is very pleasant to work with, and one of the main reasons we moved back.

A great place to call home I lived here a little over 3 years and I’m most definitely happy to still live here, I have to say is great management and the best customer service the manager TRINA is the best she is friendly she is in top of everything including maintenance they come and fix whatever it is you need same day you call. I have not lived and feel so comfortable in any other apartment complex than HIGHLAND LEGENDS APARTMENTS with that said I have nothing but positive feedback from this place and again thank you TRINA so much you are the best. 👍🏼💕my 🏠

1 st highland legends apartments ( townhomes) are wonderfull clean spacios, safe place to live never any issues in 16 months every time i need it something they were right up there same day. 2nd trina wedgeworth: amazing human being, polite, i couldn think about anybody so full up to residents needs .

I have lived here for 3 years, it has beed an amazing stay. My neighbors are very friendly never had a issue.Their property manager Trina is a very nice a friendly person, always treated me very nice. She would take care of any issue we would have immediately. Also i would like to let you know what a great maintenance crew they have. This guys are alway out making the property look very nice and clean, always greeting you in the morning with a "Good Morning". Its very rare you will need maintenance in your apartment, but if you do the crew will be right there solving the issue with in minutes.. I would totally recommend Highland Legends For anyone looking for a new home, a clean and peacefully environment. Thank you Highland Legends for a great 3 year stay.

Went in to look at the townhomes in this location about a month and a half ago. Ms. Trina helped my family and I, we looked at the apartments and townhomes. She was so much help and so patient with me while I kept calling her and seeing what townhome she had available. This past week she showed as the townhome we are moving into this weekend and you have no idea how excited we are to get moved in. She is so flexible with us. The staff is great. The homes are amazing! Floor plans are awesome and the price is what we needed! Thank you Trina and Highland Legends for welcoming my family into your community!

The apt itself is decent and worth 4*. However, i would like to add 1 more for Ms Trina, the apt manager, she is the best apartment manager, a real world class one, i have ever met, Trina helped my family to make a huge and successfully move from TX to CO and she even gave us precious schooling recommendations that would help my kids to get fit to a new place quickly.

This apartment is amazing! I love how quiet it is, reasonably priced, very spacious with so much storage. I don’t know how I’ve lived without a walk in pantry lol. Trina in the office is awesome! Always helpful and sweet! The location is also nice, I work in Northfield so it’s 8 minutes from work and less than 10 min from Walmart, Target, and food!

It was a great experience. Lived there for about two years and loved my townhome; Neighbors were so friendly. Staff has always been super helpful and nice; I would like to mention specifically "Trina", she was the super star in all the issues that we were having. She was nice and easy to handle our issues. She always handled our inquiries professionally and 100 % issue solved. Every time needed a repair, issues fixed promptly. Thank Trina for being so nice; it was such a great experience.

I went to go see a townhome for rent recently at Highland Legends. Trina, the person who showed me the model unit was incredibly nice and helpful. She was very friendly, answered all my questions, and worked around my scheduling to show the unit. I did not apply for the place just because it was a wee bit out of my budget, but, I still had to commend Trina for her exceptional treatment of potential residents like myself.

Affordable place to live, the staff has always been good to me. Trina always calls me if there is anything going on (someone needs to enter the apartment, a package has shown up etc.) even after I have been informed through a letter or by the staff previously just to double check that everything is good. I been living at highland legends town home for a year and I must say its a great place to stay. The staff (Trina) is just amazing friendly and will always help you in anyway she can. They make sure they rent to nice trustworthy people and not just anyone. The place is always quite and safe, if your looking for a nice remodeled place to stay check this place out its highly recommended by me and trust me I'm very in particular on where I stay and who is around me and my family. A friend of mine lives here, and I think it's a nice place. Most of the apartments were recently remodelled and they allow pets. Roomy for the price, great location. I'm looking to rent here in the very near future, and would recommend it to others!

We haven't been in our apartment for very long. But I do know that the manager is very friendly. The apartment is nice and clean. They allow pets which a big sell for me. We got a three bedroom for a reasonable price.
